Sorry to hear. For Tubeless Scooter tyres we highly recommend using a compressed air pump to seat the tyre to rim. Tyre wont stay inflated as its not seated on the rim, so air escaping. A handpump wont be strong enough. A local tyre garage or Petrol station will have a compressed air pump you can also use
