  The watch was not operational when I received it. It was well packaged and shipped timely. However, the watch still may had sustained some kind of damage due to possible drops and shaking while being shipped. I contacted the seller, and I received the best communication a buyer can expect. I was disappointed but the seller was reassuring and understood. The required information for a timely return was provided. I would highly recommend this seller. He stands behind his products.
