    First, I must say this seller has outstanding communication skills and customer service. I contacted him numerous times and he responded quickly, answering my inquiries with professionalism, politeness and courtesy. I must admit that when the tracking number was provided, and I saw a carrier delivery service that I was unfamiliar with, I did have some trepidation.     Thank you so much for the quick shipment of my second attempt regarding the car seat covers!  I sincerely appreciate Eric’s help and trying to correct the issue. Unfortunately, I am needing to request a return label for the second shipment as the color is too dark for my vehicle.
