Lovely boots unfortunately they didn't fit my wife so returned them to the sender using the eBay returns portal, took item to post office they scanned the code on my phone and off it went only to be returned to me five days later with a note saying no one at this address. I contacted the supplier who told that was the wrong address and gave me the correct one which I now have to pay again to re send. How was I provided with the wrong address, the supplier has been very helpful in this matter..
