  This item was as described, brand-new from box still sealed from factory unopened and was brand-new, unfortunately it would on load the operating software for it's website so I was unable to use the Now TV Box. I contacted the seller about this problem, the seller came straight back to me and I sent the unit back to him and recived a full refund. I would not have a problem dealing with this seller again. I found him to be very trustworhy. Thanks for you help.
