  I ordered this product from this supplier only because they offer the tools needed to change the battery. As ebay already know the battery was received without the tools. Contacted the supplier who admitted it was a packing error by them and they will send me a set out. However, these never arrived and I had to buy a tool set from another supplier. On reading customer reviews the tools sent out with the battery were of the wrong type anyway, which makes me wonder how they have 90+ percent rating

  Terrible experience – avoid this seller! I waited over 3 weeks for my item, and it never arrived. I contacted the seller, and they just told me to “wait a little longer.” I agreed, but nothing ever showed up. I had to open a case with eBay to get a refund. Even after that, I told the seller they could still send me the item — no response at all. Poor communication, long delays, and unreliable service. Feels like they were just waiting for the funds to clear. Don’t waste your time — stick to sell
