    I purchased this item as it was described as having "Free and Fast Delivery", it was indeed free but as it was ordered on the 16th but didn't arrive until the 27th - it was hardly fast! As can be seen from the photograph, it had been damaged and parcel tape applied to reseal it although a considerable amount of the compost had been lost in the meantime. I don't believe this was caused by the seller I am sure it was due to careless handling by the courier (EVRI) who are normally reliable.

    Initially advised as "Delivery untracked" was reassured when latter advised delivery was via a tracked currier . Packaged arrived due to this, latter than first advised, but safely delivered never the less. Drills arrived all as described, and very good value. Big thank you.

    Price good but waited a week and a half. Item came with stem crushed so not able to extend. The listing states Royal mail tracked, it came by Evri so not surprised . The listing states " compatible with most leading fittings". Not with Hozelock or gardena the two main hosepipe fittings. I contacted seller who apologised and said they had sent a replacement. Can i return item. 2days later if I return item they will issue credit. So the first message was BS. AVOID this seller
