    Unfortunately I didn’t receive the water bottle because the seller used Evri as the delivery option and my parcel went missing. I appreciate this isn’t the sellers fault as Evri are notoriously bad for loosing parcels, However better communication would have been appreciated from the seller to try and help resolve the problem hence the negative feedback. Parcel was posted ok, just Evri lost it, and no real help from the seller.
