This product is not cheap but seller sent opened hair gel wax and used! What sort of business does that, now he wants me to go post office and post it back for refund, im not mucking around sellers like him should be ashamed and banned on ebay dont buy his items they are secondhand

As we stated via message it looks like the foil has ripped upon opening, items are obviously not second hand- the thousands upon thousands of items we send every year with positive feedback clearly attests for this. It literally makes no sense what so ever to send a second hand item as obviously the receiver would request and be entitled to a refund which business would survive with that business method?
