Fantastic item in perfect condition in original packaging with all manuals, as described by this exceptional seller. However as a warning to the seller. Evri's tracking was atrocious with no warning of imminent delivery & item left on outside door mat in clear view of the road. Fortunately this is a quiet cul-de-sac with good neighbors. But this was very poor service that could have caused problems for this exceptional seller.

The kettle has a couple of tiny scratches under the spout, but apart from that it is in excellent condition. The wrong colour arrived but the seller immediately sent out the correct colour before they had even received my return. Customer service/communication was excellent.
