The item came with the smallest of dents to the caseing but this may have happend in transit... the item was unused and came in the smeg original box. I was given the option of a full refund or exchange but I asked for a partial refund to match the alternative price points which was honoured. Very happy with the sale and excellent communication from the seller and shipping. A very good online experience. Purchased a further 2 items as gifts - both came in unused as new condition... superb!
