Took ages to arrive and was not as described. Listing was for reversible fleece but this was one sided. A red fleece from same listing in the same parcel was reversible. Because it arrived so late, I was stuck and had to use a bit of the fabric, so I knew I wouldn’t be able to return it. The seller claimed it’s because of different suppliers and gave a 30% refund but the fabric is useless to me so have given to charity shop and re-ordered from another seller. Won’t be using seller again.

This is the second time I've received badly marked fabric from this seller. The seller is not particularly helpful when informed, just tells me to return it. For me, this means arranging a lift to town to post back, in which case I might as well have bought the fabric in town. Additionally this time, the fabric wasn't as shown in the picture as the embroidered design was completely different. Having been disappointed twice, I won't be buying from this seller again.

I do not like negative feedback, but I will say that your description is incorrect, the fabric that I was sent voile ,yet it was listed as lawn. Also it was cut wonky and 170cm short. But the return was easy and your communication concise and polite.

Item sent was white not cream , contacted seller who offered it at reduced price . Had to order from someone else now have a piece I don't need . As it was their mistake they should of sent a new piece out in the correct colour . Very disappointed
