The handle is exactly as described and fitted perfectly, it arrived quickly and was very well packaged, wrapped in cardboard with protective film over the surface. I would recommend the seller as it's really good value and they are reliable, the fittings are very difficult to assemble and take a bit of perseverance but it did work. 5*

Unbelievably well packed, delivered in 48 hours, genuine Neff as described - faultless.. Note, I tried to buy the same item direct from Neff. Whilst efficient in taking the order and in answering the phone, let’s just say Neff failed to deliver. My advice, buy from this seller instead. Thanks very much
