  Ordered and paid for 38cm x 10cm and instead they sent me 23cm x 6 cm. I messaged them regarding this issue and this was their response: “Hello dear, we're so sorry to hear this! It seems to have been a mistake with our team as we have run out of stock for that size. I can process a refund for the difference dear with you keeping the item!” I declined the offer and said “No thank you, l'd rather send it back and get a full refund” That was over a week ago and they have yet to respond.
