He then offered me 30% off or a refund & I told him I don't like the smell. He then can back to me and said the postage would cost him 50% off & offered me 50% off but I said again I didn't like the smell & wanted a refund. I have contacted them twice to ask for a prepaid label to send back but they have ignored me now giving them to charity and have told them that. I did get a refund but this was not a good experience.
