  Good pro-active and straightforward seller. Original item delivered was badly creased over half the roll. (probably a glitch with machinery in production), was sent in a strong cardboard tube so not a postage issue) .Sent pics to seller and a new roll was sent out promptly. Application easy - little craft knife and plastic squeegee included...very handy! Easy to position and move to accurate position on window.

  Great Seller. Quick despatch, quick delivery and not a fortune for postage. Nicely wrapped up with a plastic cover so that it doesn't unravel (vs a bit of Sellotape) I got the 10mm version and I'm quite pleased with it. Its not as thin a foil as I was expecting and does seem to hold up to my clumsy installation. I'm going to try this to see if it actually keeps the slugs at bay. Only time will tell ....
