2 weeks passed and item was never dispatched. I asked seller to cancel and was told it was on the way and should arrive by Friday. I had already purchased the same item from a different seller as I was fed up of waiting. Another week later, coincidentally 2 hours before I could open a case with ebay for item not received, the seller cancelled the order. You should be ashamed of yourself. There's no excuse for providing such a poor experience. Don't sell stock you don't have in hand.

Dear Adam,The anticipated dispatch date was made clear prior to your order placement. At your request, we expedited the dispatch process. However, during transit, you requested a cancellation. In compliance with eBay's policies, we must await the item's return before issuing a refund. Adhering to these guidelines, we processed a full refund on the 5th of March, with no deductions.We kindly suggest paying closer attention to the expected delivery date in future orders to avoid any inconvenience.

Advertised despatch duration was 2 days with second class post. After waiting 10 days without any confirmation of dispatch I asked for a refund. I was told the item was on it’s way which was not true. I continued to wait and without any further communication my order was cancelled and refunded 4 days later. Everything you have said is a load of rubbish and I would advise anyone thinking of buying from you to be cautious.

*** Avoid!!! Order was messed up by the supplier; this took weeks to correct. I had to send this by tracked post, but then had to wait a week after for them to ship the correct item, & weeks for a refund of that postage (which I had to threaten to escalate to eBay for them to action). Communication was vague, no contact name & never any apology for messing up my order. If you want a truly miserable buying experience on eBay, then I don't think these guys will disappoint. Ever.
