Upon contacting seller, a replacement was despatched immediately and delivered within 48 hours. The item itself is as described and the replacement unit works flawlessly.     Arrived quickly with DHL. On opening the parcel with the router I was very surprised that the condition of the router was tip top with no marks. It also arrived with a pay as you go SIM for 02 with some good reasonably priced offers. Plugged the router in and it does what it says on the tin. I would highly recommend Eternal Communications for their fast dealing with my order and also for the speedy delivery. Will defo buy again from this company
