This review is difficult, the seller shipped my purchase on time. When it stalled according to tracking I sent a note to the seller to check progress, they responded but still sat a the carrier for a few more days. I contacted EBay went the item was late, and was told to wait another week. The package moved to another location, and froze there. Today I received a refund for the item, then later received the item in the mail. Now I know the reason it was delayed, the item was damaged. All good

I purchased this item Dec 24th 2023 and it came damaged. I reached out asking for a replacement with better packaging or a refund. They told me they will send a replacement, it’ll take couple days or so, Ok cool ! It is now Feb 11th I have yet to receive shipping label, they keep telling me wait but they will track it for me.. so I know they’re not honest people and I’m not getting my money back. My lord will know how to deal with you. There a few photos of the conversation.

They sent me an email saying they did not have the color that I ordered and they wanted to replace it with a different color and I said it was okay I have not heard back from them yet I hope to receive my items soon
