    Foam backed headcloth Arrived folded and creased. Told me to iron it out. No offer for replacement. Then whenever ironing didn't work the said return it and purchase another. Seller Avoided answering my question that the replacement be correctly packaged. Overall waste of time. All the seller had to do was issue a replacement upon first photos sent to them

I contacted the seller and an apology was given along with a refund for the sample that didn't arrive. The other samples were well packed and all but one were exactly as pictured.
