    This seller is great. Great!!! There was a delivery problem, no fault of the seller’s. The delivery service clearly dropped the box at least once if not several times, got some sort of green goo on it, etc. Having never had a robot cleaner, I couldn’t know if it was still working correctly. And I worried that the delivery service banging it up would make it break soon. The seller gave me a partial refund, even though they had not caused the problem! Wow! And the robot cleans great!

    I ordered from Eufy’s official store. FedEx marked the package as delivered, but I never received it—no signature, no photo, no proof. Eufy refused to help or take responsibility, telling me to contact FedEx myself. I paid for a product I never got, and neither Eufy nor FedEx offered a solution. Very disappointing experience. I expected better from an official store. I do not recommend buying directly from them.

    I can't rate the item because I don't have it it was supposed to be delivered on the 10th and it's still not here. I've contacted the seller but they have not contacted me back to let me know what's going on. I had another order with the same seller similar issue package arrived damaged with a hole in the package which allowed water to get inside. They promised to give me a 15% refund on that order and they still have not done it. I contacted them back several times but they are not responding
