  Positive experience with the seller. Item was sent Via Royal Mail but did not arrive, I opened a dispute and seller looked into it. Apparently a dispatch date hadn't been given by Royal Mail suggesting they have not delivered it. As this is the case the seller promptly refunded me in full. Couldn't ask for a better trader, it is unfortunate they were let down by something outside their control.
