  Ordered 2 stainless door hooks and received 1 chrome plated hook. Complained to ebay and asked to arrange the return the 1 incorrect part due to quality issues. Vendor never sent a returns note and asked me to close the claim. Ebay actioned the refund and vendor emailed to say "this is not nice" ! Beware of vendor as clearly not helpful and if the case is closed before resolution Ebay will not reopen the case

  Seller sent me the complete wrong sized item , i clearly stated the size i wanted at checkout, tried contacting seller 5 times, but they chose to ignore all my messages, so frustrating, avoid this seller as they are in professional and any problem with your order will be met with silence

  This seller sent the wrong item twice. The first time, I gave the seller the benefit of the doubt, & ordered again, & asked if they would please check the item was what I ordered before dispatching. I recieved the wrong item again, & had the get eBay to step in to issue a refund. If you need this specific size, don’t bother, they don’t have it. Not happy with this experience at all, & I hope others will look elsewhere in future to save disappointment.
