  I bought a small insulated flask. I liked it so much I bought another. However, it didn't arrive and I emailed the seller. He acted quickly and found that the problem lay with Evri. His action in chasing it up resulted in delivery in a day or so. Then follow up emails to ensure that all was now well. I'm really impressed with the seller. Very efficient and caring. Well done!
