The parcel should have been delivered to an optional address provided by the seller. But it’s not there yet.. it should have been delivered 4 days ago. My party is tomorrow! I actually relied on this product and didn’t buy Any sweets for the party! A paid £50, the courier needs an address but I have no idea who the courier is and how to contact them. I need help please ASAP!

Seller was very helpful. I had a specific request for my order that they did for me without a problem. When I messaged, they responded quickly. Order was despatched fast and the sweet cones look lovely. Delivery was late and the box was damaged but that was down to the courier not the seller. Highly recommend this seller :o)

Disappointed with the size of these ‘large’ cones. I was told they were about 25cm filled but are only just 20cm… an extra 5 cm filled at the wide top would have made a huge difference to the size. I also ordered stickers and they came with none, so I’ve had to buy stickers from Amazon. Overpriced for the size and no stickers.

Ordered the retro sweet cones for my daughters party as have a few vegans coming along. Really accommodating with adding veggie sweets to the top. On arrival of my 40 cones 6 had split bags, it looked as if they had been bashed about in the post- they were really well packaged though! The seller sent out 6 replacements on next day delivery to me no questions asked. Fantastic service, Thankyou!
