    Unfortunately my balloons did not arrive in time for my event and I had to order them again from a different seller. They did then arrive but it was too late. I would like to highly recommend this seller as they sent me a refund without any hesitation or argument. I did not even have to ask which is a rare thing. I always give a seller a chance to sort a problem first but Most times you have to fight for a refund even when the seller is at fault. Brilliant customer service they did it right.
