We use all the latest machinery to design, create and manufacture
your orders, from large format solvent printers to commercial CNC
cutters and engravers.

We never outsource any part of your order, everything we do
is done inhouse and in turn this is how we guarantee quality and
competitive prices.

    Thank you for your feedback, delivery was slightly delayed as the order came in the day before we were closing for a few days holiday so this was not reflected in the delivery date but we did contact you to advise the new delivery date.

    The mug is good quality. The postage costs are high and the mug is not packaged that well which I pointed it out to the seller but there response was we post over 500 of these a month. I was only trying to be helpful explaining they need more packaging as it was a miracle that mine was not broken! I know they cannot control how it’s handled in the post but extra packaging would help!

    Your feedback is appreciated, however with regards to the postage cost of £3.60, of this £3.25 is charged by royal mail, 25p covers the packaging and 10p is taken by Ebay. All our mugs are sent in a white smash proof box which is then wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in a double wall thick brown box.

    Amazing!!!. I ordered a 3 & 0 for a 30th. I messaged Thursday night asking if their was any way I could get them for the Wednesday and got a prompt response. They arrived on the Tuesday; 1 day before I needed and 4 days before the estimated delivery time. This gave me extra time to get them painted and lights attached. They are a dream to paint. So smooth easy. Brilliant communication and quality product. I will be ordering again.
