Rarely am I ever this impressed with a purchase, excellent communication,exceptional service and value for money, packaging was carefully done, books were as described and might I add on better condition than I expected.     As described, great value, but insufficient packaging. Books I bought are old, not really immaculate, and though the carton box was quite damaged, all books survived just fine. DPD parcel service used their tape to repair the box and informed me that if necessary they have documented state it arrived. But as I said, books seem to be fine. Recently I bought Webster's second and third editions, and in both cases the packaging was much more robust. Books are heavy, and handling of parcels is rough.
