    Wrong items sent. Elongated process to get refund, taking more time and hassle than value of item. Poor out of office message, causing me to have to phone eBay, but comms then good with seller. Mixed experience.

    The wrong item was sent by a new team member while we were out of the country, though we had an away message and responded to queries promptly. As soon as we were made aware, we offered to send the correct item with a return label or provide a full refund once the item was returned. The buyer may have hoped to keep the item and receive a refund or replacement, but as a small business, that’s not something we can sustain. We truly tried our best to resolve this in a fair and friendly way.
