I waited a couple of weeks before contacting the seller and he was able to find that the clock had been held up in shipping when someone heard a sound coming from the box. He was able to explain that it was a clock and it arrived a couple of days later. I am very pleased with the clock and it just as wonderful as I expected. I also very happy with the seller and would be happy to recommend him to others.

It took him/her 3 days and 1 reminder to respond about the COI but they did not address the issue of the frame damaged by whoever packed it for shipping. They TAPED the cardboard, intended to protect the plastic (not glass) in the frame. When I removed the tape it peeled off the gold paint on the frame, ruining the frame. It cost me $300 to reframe it. The seller still hasn't responded.

There was also a missing item that I mentioned many times to the seller, yet have not had a response on the said item. Communication went back and forth a bit over the damage with pictures attached, yet hasn’t been returned since mid August. This will be my first experience having to leave an unhappy review, as all other sellers communication for broken items has been swiftly taken care of and refund given.

No response till I opened a case with ebay. Then they made a promise for a refund of parts to fix. Never got the refund or another message. THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST TRANSACTION IVE EVER HAD ON EBAY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER
