The first batch appeared to get lost ! They did send a replacement which took a week and left me without batteries for 3 days. I understand that no system is perfect so am not complaining and am grateful they finally arrived. That said these were only a small cost item £15 - hate to think of the angst a customer might have suffered if it had been say a TV that got lost. Leo
