  I purchased a phone from this seller, they delivered the item in good time, but unfortunately it didn't work out with the phone and I had to send it back. I contacted the seller the same day it was delivered and the seller sent the return postage label quickly and communicated throughout the process. They were really professional and friendly throughout. If I need another phone in the future, I would likely purchase from seller again. Would recommend this seller.

  Excellent communication. Issues with Parcel Force first time around meant phone did not arrive. Full refund issued. It was returned to sender who let me know it was being relisted if I wanted to bid again, and auction would be ended. This happened, and phone delivered this time. Now the fun starts :)
