The product was shipped from Korea and arrived quickly in perfect condition in Canada in less than a week. The product comes with the sealed retail box and was carefully packaged in a brown box and a black bag to protect against impacts and water. Quality of service is excellent.   I bought from this seller after another messed up my order. First off, this package was dropped off less than 3 hours after I placed the order which is the fastest anyone has ever shipped anything to me. Second, I noted this was a Christmas gift and the seller was so kind to put a nice red bow on it. Item was exactly as described and packaged very carefully for shipping.
