  Although the speed of delivery was very quick the wrong item was supplied . The seller apologised for this and offered a 20% refund with no requirement to return it. I now have a useless item and I have an 80% loss from the initial purchase price. This cannot be considered good practice. If they had sent the correct component as specifically ordered, those would not have happened. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again...

  The handles are very good quality, and arrived in good condition, packed well. However the colour wasn’t the rustic bronze that I ordered, they were too light gold. I contacted the seller and they gave me a full refund, apology and to keep the handles. I can’t use the handles but I thought that was very fair.
