    Item advertised arriving in 3-5 days from purchase date. Took the seller 9 days to dispatch the item and they ignored my enquiry as well as the case I opened. I received the item after 14 days from purchase - by that time I no longer needed it, I had to go elsewhere. If I knew it took this long to arrive I wouldn't have ordered from this seller. Items advertised as being shipped from the UK but I suspect they're actually coming from China. Appalling service. Won't use again!
