    Sometimes, it's when things don't go to plan that you see the professionalism of a seller. This seller had several Bose QC35 headsets for sale, a mixture of series 1 and 2. I thought I had purchased a series 2 and a 1 arrived. Kudos to the seller, he put his hand up and said it was a mistake and processed the return quickly. I would have no hesitation in buying another item from this seller.

The seller then arranged a refund, which I received promptly. Although the goods were faulty the service and communication from the seller were great.
