    First shipment the tracking showed it not actually dispatched. Opened a case and seller replied promising to re-send if I could close the case and resend details ! I did not close case and pointed out they already had my details. They then re-sent and it arrived in reasonable time. Seems a somewhat dodgy business practice to request closing case BEFORE a replacement sent or arrived ! The item was as described when I eventually received it. I would probably not order from this seller again.

    Ordered my necklaces some time ago, as I hadn't received them I contacted the seller, they were absolutely amazing, apologising for the delay and inconvenience, they sent a new order out which I received very quickly, and I am over the moon with my purchase such pretty necklaces. We all experience problems with orders these things happen., but what makes the difference is how we the buyers are treated by the sellers, in my case my seller was excellent.
