    Thanks to a mistake by Privatised Royal Mail delivering to an empty house, I did not receive this item. When I raised this to TapeFix LTD, they were extremely helpful and refunded me the item even though Privatised Royal Mail refused to refund the seller for the mistake and left them out of pocket. Highly recommend this seller as a result - communication was prompt and polite and they dealt with the issue swiftly.
