    item lost in the post apparently, was sent 2nd class with no record of anything, then seller blames me for not selecting the dodgy RM 24 hr 9 quid service ?? which btw never comes in 24hrs more like a week, when i tried to explain the more reliable 1st class recorded service (at a 3rd of the price)is the one to use i got a 4 page essay off the dude explaining his life costs to me, REALLY. 2nd class is for letters what is wrong with people. especially smaller important car parts!!

    I very accurate review of Royal Mail’s sometimes poor service Ofcom reported that Royal Mail's First Class delivery rate in 2023-24 was 74.5%, which was below the target of 93%. The Second Class delivery rate was 92.4%, which was also below the target of 98.5%
