Badly dented in places that would not easily get dented during delivery.The one cup kettle was very wet inside too, when taken out of a well wrapped but squashed box considering the item was supposed to be Brand New this item definitely Not..contacted C/S who instantly dismissed my complaint..but later agreed to partially refund me VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY.

Hi, thank you for your positive feedback. We followed the right procedure of making sure the item was correctly wrapped and covered in protective packaging prior to despatch. We don't have control if item get damage during delivery. As you reported issue to us we have offered full refund but you were not happy to send the item back to us so we have offered a substantial partial refund on this occasion. Now, after all this time you have left us with a negative reviews in a positive comment?

The seller was very helpful and kept me informed of progress. Cubby bear is adorable and is a gift for my little granddaughter but I would love to keep him for myself !
