  Exactly what I needed! The swatches arrived quickly and were well-packaged. Each fabric sample was clearly labeled, good-sized, and showed the true color and texture. Made it super easy to compare and choose the perfect fabric for my new bed. The quality of the materials is excellent, and there was a great range of colors and styles. Very helpful seller, great communication too. Highly recommended if you're customising a bed and want to see the fabrics in person before ordering.

  The item colour card were high quality and great to touch. Easy the best decision to simply feel, see, touch the fabric. Highly recommend. Update . Spoke to staff on Ebay very good communication about delivery and If they can set it up for me great news they can. Update had further questions and wanted to change delivery date were very accommodating. Highly recommend company.

  Contacted 16th April:incorrect colour of bed delivered Postcode NR33 8HE. Handwritten over the packaging/polythene, of both bed and mattress. No indication of the type of mattress 5ft MATT. No description of, ? miracoil, memory, ortho or board which is what it feels like. The bed itself is cloloured GREY, I ordered IVORY. ADAM assistant called me asking for confirmation of colour. I STATED IVORY I did NOT WANT BOUCLE MATERIAL. Pictures sent, poor stapling of headboard, top very uneven, bumpy

  1. offered full refund within 24 hours . customer was confused where they even placed the order. customer refused. 2. customer mixed up colours and was choosing it from another website. 3. customer pushed for and got mattress as per another website even though this listing did not offer such mattresses. 4. offered service payment more than half the listing price. customer agreed but unable use computer to accept. 5.Ebay did full refund customer kept bed.

  Ordered bebase 13/02 up to 26/02 have had no feedback or responses to my emails. Had to find out through eBay that I would not receive bed. Very poor customer service!

  Apologies, admin team failed to update the system. It should have been put on holiday mode, as no one was available to respond or cancel the order. This situation should have been avoided.
