A disappointing experience. Seller got in touch before sending machine to say they couldn't find the included ribbon SCART cable. They weren't willing to compensate for this, only cancel the sale - telling me it was already a great price! Nice. Then, I found feedback on their profile from a buyer who had previously returned this machine as 'the video head was destroyed.' It would have been nice if the seller had been honest about this in the listing. Now I'm awaiting a refund. AVOID.

I have contacted the seller regarding a part that was missing. She said that the photo didn't show the part, namely the water container lid, and that the item would work without it. This is true. She also said that it was sold cheaper because of the missing part, Personally I still think that she should have mentioned the defect. I am using the item and do not intend to return it
