Was given instructions (after requesting clarification as instructions weren't quite clear) of how to sort returning them and was provided with returns label/QR code to return them via the post office. Correct size were then sent out. Error was rectified quickly and shoes were a great price. Thank you

  Ordered on the 12th, received midday 14th. Arrived in great condition, well packed. Outer box wrapped and contents packed within tissue paper ensuring no scratches and the inside of the boots were also well packed. Very pleased with the appearance as they look exactly the same as all photos. For the price I paid I’m very happy with the quality of the product.   It's wrong for ebay to locked out some NUTRAL & NEGATIVE options. You can't force me to be positive when the Seller's performance are negative. He will get one star for every rating. He took lengthy time to post the package, he failed to communicate to me . EBAY Reserves customers rights, by forcing buyers to select Positive feedback options, eBay is misleading users.
