    This laptop is 'like new' so I'm very happy with it, but there was an annoying sequence of events around the delivery and it was eventually sent a couple days later than promised. But the seller did respond quickly to my complaint and allowed me to specify a new delivery address since he'd failed to get it to my previous location on time. So good outcome in the end.
