WHILST THE PRODUCT AND THE SELLER WERE FIRST CLASS. THE AMOUNT OF CUSTOMER CARE SHOW BY THE SELLER WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. E-BAYS SYSTEM LEAVE A LOT TO BE DESIRED. THEIR FAILURE IN THEIR SYSTEMS CAUSED A DELAY IN DELIVERY AND NO UPDATES ON PROGRESS, WHILST THE SELLER HAS BENT OVER BACKWARDS FOR ME. EVEN OFFERED TO REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE.
