Item (extendable dog lead) was not as described and only 2m long, not the 8m as listed. I contacted the seller who explained that they did not have the longer length and that if I wanted that I would need to wait a considerably long time or accept a partial refund. I took the latter offer and was refunded half the cost of the order. Good customer service but shame the product let them down.
