  the order does not meet my expectations I have 14 inches 35 cm I received 26 cm. I made a return shipment the saleswoman received the package neatly she promised to get my money back. She no longer responds. so please don't trust her. she got 0 stars from me.

  Lies, I have been responding, you order 2bundles 14+16 and a 14inch 4x4 silk base closure,upon received,you claimed 14inch 4x4 silk base closure is short, and needed longer lenght, you return only the 14inch 4x4 silk base closure, and kept the bundles,total items need to be returned before we can issued refund,over 100s messages,case has been opened on ebay,waiting for the right time so we can ask ebay to stepped in and help,but no,buyer keep sending messages threatening for negative feedback
