I purchased on the 18th. The 21st I asked if they had shipped. He responded in a negative way and I told him that I don’t mind waiting and was just excited to get it but I didn’t appreciate his response.
Instead of easing the situation or telling me that wasn’t his intent, he “taught” me about eBay as a guise for him to be rude again.
I’m sure the product will be great but I will not buy from this company again.

This product has a four business day lead time which is in the eBay listing. The shipping tab lets buyers change shipping methods. This buyer cannot locate these eBay functions. We try to help. Messages included beginner start-up for the product.
