    Item received was pre-owned and not new as advertised, came in just a plastic holder, had to reformat SD card as it had some pictures on it, as luck would have it, it works okay and is now in my camera. Contacted seller, got quick response of and I quote "Kindly try using the item, and if you face any issues with the product, please let us know. we’ll resolve the matter in every possible way."

    First item was delivered within the time quoted but proved to be faulty. Seller promptly sent a replacement. However, the overall quality of the product is not great and probably reflects its price. In this case, I chose this seller because of the price but his does not take anything away from the seller as the same item was available from other sellers at a similar price and this seller was good at dispatching the item and resolving a problem.
