The parts were not genuine OEM HP parts as mentioned in the listing. Also the seller shipped missing/wrong item. When requested to fix the errors the seller asked me to ship the items back to USA, where I previously notified the seller, that the parts are forwarded abroad and it would not make any sense to pay from my pocket to send it back. More than all these issues, the approach of the seller was not supportive and buyer friendly, so I asked eBay to step in for selling unauthentic items.

1- The item is new GENUINE from CANON, They share the same part.( I do have the invoices to prove it) 2- The item was sold in USA not overseas, so , for sure I want my item back in order to refund you,if you are not happy. I understand it was purchased and sent to a freighforwarder here in USA to avoid taxes in your country. But if you want the money back, you just need to send the item back to me.You need to follow ebay rules, simple like that.
